David M. Fajgenbaum, M.D., P.A.
Dr. David M. Fajgenbaum was born and raised in Trinidad in the West Indies. He joined The Bone and Joint Surgery Clinic in 1980. Dr. Fajgenbaum has written publications in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) and has also given presentations on “The Results of Knee Replacements,” “Minimally Invasive Total Hip and Knee Replacements,” and “Shoulder Arthropathy.” He has served on the Board of Trustees at Raleigh Community Hospital, Ravenscroft School and North Ridge Country Club. He is on the Local Advisors Board at North State Bank.
Dr. David Fajgenbaum was a team orthopaedic surgeon for the North Carolina State University Wolfpack football team from 1989-2009. His interests are total joint replacements (hips, knees, shoulders) and sports medicine (i.e. arthroscopic meniscal surgery, ACL reconstruction).
